Exchange or Return of Goods

Thank you, Ready Car, for your purchase. We hope that you are completely happy and satisfied with your shopping experience through our online store. However, in any event, if you wish to return all or part of our products, please know that we will be very keen to ensure the product is returned and your money is fully refunded. Requirements
The return policy covers all products from the Ready Car Store.

The product must be in the same original condition as purchased, in its original packaging, and must not have been used.

If the product was purchased using Visa cards, the refund amount will be returned to the same card used for the purchase. The refund period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment intermediary) providing the service.

If the product was purchased and paid for Cash on Delivery (COD) or via a bank transfer, we will transfer the product value to the customer's bank account after collecting their banking information.

If you receive an incorrect product, one that does not match the product specifications, or if the shipment arrives in a damaged condition, the Ready Car Store will bear all shipping and replacement costs.

We do not offer product exchanges, only returns.

The value of the amount will be refunded after confirming the condition/integrity of the product.

Return Period
You have 14 days to submit a refund request after your order has been delivered. We apologize for not accepting any returns after 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Cases Where We Cannot Accept Returns
There are some cases where it is difficult for us to approve returns:

If the return request is submitted outside the specified timeframe, which is 14 days from delivery.

The product is not in the same condition in which it was received, or if it has been used or damaged by the customer.

Anything is missing from the products you received, including price tags, stickers, original packaging, and accessories.

Any spare parts that were listed in the non-returnable products list.
